My Robot Master. Actually this is redesign of this character fav.me/d7srnd7 But I don`t really sure about his name. I am already have seen robot masters with name WingMan, so maybe FeatherMan or HeightMan, or BirdMan, or... SwellowMan, because his palette mostly based on pokemom Swellow (both normal and shiny)
And his tail is actually a cloak.

"I will show you who's the fastest robot in the whole sky!"

Badpoint: His wings interfere him

Likes: Birds and rainforests

Dislikes: Deforestation and tornadoes

Weapon: Lighting feather
