I drew russia during the russian revolution (so much for x-mas cheer ) For Russia, there are so many wars to choose from, but i went for the russian revolution because i think it defines russia the most (and also because there are millions of cold war art on DA already.) basically the russian revolution was all about removing the impirial family from power, and forming the soviet, which was the largest communist state. people actually thought communism was a good thing at the time :S (but then, u probably know this already.)

I included belarus and ukraine, coz they were also part of the soviet... i hope you dont mind. I kinda scrolled through your faves, and i couldnt find anything like my art, so now im worried this isnt what you wanted at all now :/
and as usual, my scanner massacared my colors > it looks better in real life, believe me

But rant aside, i hope you like it and have a great christmas!
