So beautiful - why on earth don't you have a Prints account? I love your women with the abstract-style backgrounds - I was drawn here by a river woman initially. This one is lovely - her hair looks like a rose. It's bright and cheerful and summery. I must put it in my favorites gallery immediately.

This reminds me of the strong images full of symbols in aztec decorations and reliefs (is the word correct?). I see the colours, the design and the whole image as incredibly beautiful and complete. A great painting.

Yes, it is Klimt-esque, but only in the background--I don't think your figures are at all derivative. The one eye is a little higher than the other, but this is a beautiful piece, regardless. Brava!

In this piece what's significant to me is that it registers as stongly
"UNDER WATER"...Not an easy thing to pull off in 2 dimentional worl~I wonder if this was intentional at all
Also~ you're REVELING in design-oriented work here...FEARLESSLY combining MANY repetative styles, mismatching patterns into a congruent whole...Keeping the eye moving and never losing your focal point

This is absolutetly beautiful! The colour, the shapes! It has this surreal , exotic feel to it. This Lady Miria looks as though she is Queen of wherever she is from.
It's truly a wonderful peice, you paint amazingly, I would love this hanging in my house!
