Name: Pathfinder Rawurr ⚥
Alias: ‘Path’ ‘Mr-Farsighters-nose’
Role: Hound, Recon Leader
Ability: Superdistant Olfactory senses, Silence in stealth

Desc: Cloaked in rags which I swear he never ever washes. This one strange character is always hidden behind the cloaks and more layers of cloaks. I don’t understand him, neither does he understand how I’m Third in command. Respect that totally.not. They are often too miffed in arguments of what’s tradition and what’s not between the less conservative or lavish members of our group that he doesn’t work well at all among us. Hence why Farsighter oft places Pathfinder as a solo actor in our battles. Pathfinder is one of the more elusive characters, basically the ONLY one I know whom comes from the southern hemisphere. Comes from a tribe. According to him, one which preaches absolute impunity and strength, one which preaches leadership in senses, where only the strongest are the ones whom feel the most. Basically and understandably so too, Pathfinder is a character of traditions, of conservative belief. Doesn’t rub off well with some of us, but a treasure to the rest of us. Aka-how-did-he-even-survive the trip from south to north. Nobody knows. It shall always remain a mystery if the Cobalts and the Opals can stop bugging and pestering him with reckless useless arguments of what’s right and what’s wrong. It’s basically made him bubble up and well, chopped off from most of our group. Heck in most of our battles, Pathfinder and Renley and !SearchnesS! are often bickering about who gets best recon info and that’s it. That’s all I see em do. Then comes their myriad and myriad stacks of either intel or the ‘IkilledthemforyouSoWeDon’tNeedARecon’ type reaction. Being the leader of the Recon team, it kinda moves to show how much a leadership character he is. Spoiler: Barely. Now to the basics, Pathfinder is a Southern dragon, one of a race and character which we Northerners barely even understand. Heck just like the books, their anatomies, their bodies, every aspect of them, even the ratio of nitrogen they breath are different. Anyways as I mention earlier, though Path is completely dug in traditionalistic, bombastic clothing full of brown and its complimentary colors- hir body(as they intend me to call them) is LONG. About the length of 2-3 Lacaai Pines long. Like a huge snake, though at the same time not, Pathfinder possesses 3. Yes 3 pairs of front paws. Then midway down their body, another 3 sets of ‘midpaws’ (I’ve never even seen any dragon with midpaws, what is this magic), then finally one pair of hinds. None of us know if Pathfinder is wingless or not. However be it or not. Pathfinder has often outdone even ‘true’ in Recon missions, getting themselves to places often thought only possible to reach with a pair of sturdy wings. Ofcours our best friend Pathfinder here is completely lurched and covered in traditionalistic beautiful rags. Nobody knows.

Pathfinder: “No let me please chime in on this ah one here- you see good friend mine- I specialise in silence. It is taboo en tradition to as much as scare a raven or a fly. It is taboo to be loud. Hence silence is the only true path. As our Recon leader, and our Hound. It is my duty to stay in low profile. Always. I hope you understand good friend mine J”

Now that he mentioned it, that he’s the Zeconia’s hound. Let me tell you about his main ability and main sense. Like our great sensors in our group Farsighter and his Omniscience, Burnulith and his sense of taste-sense,!SearchnesS! and his hawk like eyes, etc- Pathfinder has the superpower of sense of smell. He can sniff out literally thousands of enemies from miles and miles away. About the same distance (12 arcs) that !SearchnesS! can snipe a fly cleanly through. Pathfinder operates often independently as he is more efficient that way. He tracks down all the targets, softens or plain out kills the most dangerous ones, then lends the weakest to !SearchnesS! or ‘true’. He would then stay on site for hours on end, reading his long little bible of proper mourning. Always treating even his most despised enemies the fairest burial. Sometimes even going as far as to allow them fair trial if they so wish to. Traditionalistic reasons like this are one of the many reasons why Pathfinder never gets along with the Opals or Cobalts. Or even others. Simply because they are too ruthless, to dishonourable. But hey, we Zeconias are a rowdy misfit bunch. Stuff like this happens. It’s my job as Chronicler and Tactician to make sure we act good as one.

PostEdit:Due to the tactical advantages of bunching up most of our most powerful sensors in one group for Recon. I decided recently that Renley is to join the Recon team too. I have a feeling that Renley and Path have great characteristics which compliment eachother, despite how neither admits it. Their hatelove is just way too strong to oh so avoid~.

Personality: Pathfinder is a very conservative type when it comes to characteristics in every layer and fashion.Though he often lacks any form of sympathies, he often makes up for it with his strangewitted and often super honourable and befitting traditions of which he abides by. Lawfully Neutral Pathfinder fits his role as Hound and tracker well, Often the first to strike our enemies, Pathfinder always is the type to give even the rowdiest enemies the second chance. Chances of redemption are handed out by him at every honourable chance he has. And rightfully so too, before we send in the likes of Lazuli or !SearchnesS! for example. Though inherently a nationalist whom often gets into vehement debates concerning the nations and tribes of which his ancestors came from, Pathfinder is a dragon of honor and well education. He’s the type who knows all the possible fallacies, and logical errors you can make in a debate, and he’s rhetorical too. So before you pick a fight with him, you need to make sure you come well prepared. Before he shreds you with literal words. Even with his eyes closed and being half blind(I didn’t mention that before but since our last battle he developed cataracts, doesn’t’ hinder him at all though just chiming - Vovi)- he can sniff you out from anywhere As long as you are somewhere within the horizon and not hiding inside a box or in perfume.
