Description
Part of my own personal Spider-Man Reboot, This is my redesign of Spider-Man'smost dangerous arch-enemy: The Green Hobgoblin.
As I felt that having TWO Goblins (Green Goblin/Hobgoblin) was unnecessary.
I combined the two into something that I feel may be better in retrospect.
(What can I say?, the hooded cloak is MUCH scarier than a wisp shaped cap.)
Not much is changed in those regard. the Green Hobgoblin is STILL Norman Osborn,
and is still very much the insane mastermind that he's always been.
Spider-Man's "Joker", in a sense.

So is your "Spiderverse" currently being worked on? Is it going to be set in one Spider-Man continuity or a mixture of a few continuities if not most?
Either way, I look forward to seeing it whenever it may be. I'm sure it'll be great as "Spectacular Spider-Man" made by the GREAT Greg Weisman. As well as some of the Spider-Man universes.

I mean, what given Spider-Man series follows any sort of continuity??
even 'Spectacular Spider-Man' followed it's own story, despite borrowing from different media.
(For instance, Tombstone replacing The Kingpin as the top crime boss.
rather than just hired muscle like he's been portrayed as in the past.)

Well, I LOVE those ideas you mentioned. (Venom as Spider-Man's Red Hood, Lizard in a X-Men's Beast role, Doc Ock as a teacher who admires Peter Parker, etc.)
I can't WAIT to see those ideas unfold. And hear more of them sooner or later.😄👍🏻

Will your Spider-Man reboot be a combination of a couple of Spider-Man continuities, making it a "Spiderverse", not unlike your "Sonicverse", which is a mix of other Sonic continuities/universes?

You have your own Spider-Man reboot?
I kind of have mine too, but it's set in the Ultimate Spider-Man universe. The only thing that happened in my one that's official is the Ultimate Spider-Man game. Everything else I just fill in the blanks.
I mainly like to imagine it a year after the game. Spidey's 16 and still crime fighting as usual. He doesn't die like in the actual comics and his identity isn't public or anything, it's only known by a few characters as I always preferred Spidey with a secret identity.

It's kinda like a "If I worked for Marvel, I'd write Spider-Man like THIS" sorta thing.
My reboot involved Venom being a Red Hood-like anti-hero,
who actually ADMIRES Spider-Man, and his Peter Parker's best friend.
Venom took on Spider-Man's appearance BECAUSE of his admiration,
and wants to be like his hero..only, be "better" than him by doing
what he THINKS Spider-Man should be doing.
(Fact, I have a fun idea where the first person Venom kills,
is the burglar who killed Peter's Uncle Ben.)
Another is having The Lizard be similar to X-Men's 'Beast',
and be intelligent while in his Lizard form, while occasionally acting feral.
And, adapting the 1990s backstory for Doc Ock,
by having Octavius be Peter Parker's school teacher, who admires his best student

I see.
Some incarnations of The Lizard are of him being an intelligent mad scientist, but others are of him being a feral. Do you mean where he combines both? I recall the old Spider-Man PS1 games sort of did this. In the first game, Lizard acted nice and you could talk to him in his maze, he was a secret character you find if you explored the level and he'll help you through his maze.
Then in the sequel he's completely savage and you have to fight him.

Actually, I'm basing Lizard on how I saw him in the game 'Friend or Foe'
where Lizard was treated as an friendly "Ally" character (NO boss fight), and behaved like Beast.
