This is #46- "Family" for 100-Theme Challenge: [link]Lucina- It's very strange seeing grandfather here, and at this age.
Marth- W-well, you don't need to call me that... Just call me Marth, okay?
Krom- I still can't believe this, you're younger than me....
Roy- See, there's that smile! Okay, go gather around your really-great grandfather so I can take the picture!
Marth- Oh, Roy, not you too. I'm embarrassed....
Is it alright for me to spoil Marth's secret right? It's been at least a month-ish since Kakusei's been out, so I think it's totally fine~
To anyone who didn't wanna be spoiled sorry!
That's right, there are "two Marths", or something like that so we would think. More like a supposed descendant, or descendants. According to Tiki, who's still alive of course, little Lucina and Krom here seem to resemble Marth and Anri respectively despite how their scents are different.
Whatever it seems to be, I'm sure they mean to imply that those two are somehow related to Marth, right? The Falchions, and knowing Marth's name-n-look, and how Varm-n-Iris are in similar locations to Barensia-n-Akaneia is a lot of implying to me.
And I've always wanted to try drawing Lucina as well, since she's a lord too. And before anyone says anything, I wanted to draw her in a similar fashion as Marth being that she imposter-ed him: down to the hair and eyestyle as well.
I tried to make them the same height too, but due to my lack of knowing close poses she ended up shorter. ( ._.);
With that, I have yet to show all the random jokes that I made of them and a whole bunch with the other lords-n-ladies too. Maybe I should just put a list of how I depict each of them, it'd be neater but I wanna add pichurs too.
Ah well, I'll think about that later.
In other news, I plan to draw a better pichur of Lucina sometime in de-foo-chur. She didn't seem to turn out as I wanted here.

I really feel that Chrom should be in the next Smash between the two of them. If Lucina was, there may be some major spoiler-alert and some fans who might flame her for being a Marth-clone or something. I really don't want anything bad to get on her. ( ' ^');
But that's just me, I'm not really sure.
Perhaps, they'd consider a special outfit for Marth as Lucina? I wonder.

I- can't tell them apart! Gotta indeed admit that Lucina seems like a great descendant of Marth. /2000 years after Akaneia-events? Okaaay, I think Lucina and Krom are what I call " the new generation" characters akin to some series, like Megaman Battle Network/Megaman X, Puyo Puyo Fever and so on. These also have characters that resemble the original protagonists, but could be called the "descendants" or "new gens" of them.
But this pic's adorable- Krom seems to be not in the same borderline as Lucina and Marth in this pic, but it sorta makes him cute when he's little confused like that.
/Speaking of Lucina and how she resembles Marth... For most of us who saw Marth first time in Smash Bros Melee, we thought he was a woman because how feminine he looked... At least I did.
And now... we actually got "Woman/Female Marth" after all these years. Very hilarious in hindsight, isn't it? (->`u´)/

It's pretty much like that. I was surprised by the gap myself. Especially since there seemed to be quite the changes amongst some things in the game's minor conversations. For example, two characters sung about a song that related to some character's from Ike's world, and there was a book that went by the same name as Celice's game.

Yep, I just can't help it. Even though I know Ike more, his maniless is hard to break down like that. As for Krom though~ He's Marth's descendant and therefore sharing something that was able to get me to depict him that OOC. Despite that, I think it's kyuut to see him act that way.
And thinking about if Lucina were to replace Marth in the next Smash Bros-- but I have my doubts-- it would just bring more confusion to players of all kinds.
The funny thing is, being that she entered the game acting like Marth (a boy), and once she's herself it's noticed that Lucina makes an awkward girl (like she has bad taste in choosing clothes). She probably comes more from Krom~
It is a really funny joke though, how Marth's all effeminate and Lucina's somewhat boyish.

Perhaps there was a picture showing Marth wearing that clothes, and seriously people, she had to make it look belivable. She wasn't going to fool anyone if she said "I'm the Hero King Marth" and dressed like Eirika.
And... -spoiler- Lucina comes from a post apocaliptic future, where Gimle (the main vilian who appears to be a cross between Medeus and Loptous) reing supreme, maybe she never had the oportunity to be raised like a normal princess, since she inherited the Falchion at a young age.
If Lucina were to appear on Smash, it would be thanks to the fandom, and I doubt she would replace Marth, posibly she would be a Marth clone, like Luigi, Falco, or Toon Link. She could be faster, or stronger, than Marth, I would really like to see her in the next Smash, and she is getting a lot of fandom (posibly more than Chrom) I am already a Lucina fan
She is cute, and I can't help to think that if Marth and Shiida had a girl, she would be exactly like Lucina, or Eirika (she looks exactly like Shiida, that's one of the reasons I like her)

So I can see why she'd act as she does, and I just find it kind of cute.
Although it sounds cool, I kinda doubt. Unless the developers are alright spoiling outright who this Masked Marth really is as they did with Sheik being Zelda, I'm not sure they'd want to reveal Lucina as she is in Smash. But I'll just let them do what they want, and I'll be just dandy with whatever the result may be. ( ' w');

Hooy, it seems almost like Kakusei's a huge festival celebration of Fire Emblem-series now. (-l()l-) I wonder if there's more cameos or references to be seen?
Oh you, I usually just try to keep my things pretty incharacter a lot, but it creates slew of interesting reactions when you make characters go OOC. (-lvl-)
/Indeed, makes it so much more funnier in hindsight. That must HAVE been intentional by the character developers. Though I doubt too that Lucina makes it to Smash over Marth- I bet they reserse some special role to her in some form though, since Kakusei, being pretty festive thing around FE-series, would be used as the main game for FE-representation this time/

That's how I've thought of it almost. It's like a rebirth-celebration where the older characters are gathered along with Krom-n-his-group and brought with new attire in representation of a rebirth. Or more so a new Awakening-- herpyderp, a pun to the game's name~
I do find it interesting myself, it isn't like the characters have to always be that way. Otherwise, that'd be boring~
Plus, me making Krom act like that is somehow a combination between Ike's looks and Marth's fanpiction in some way.

I know that's everyone has a different pairing that they like in awakening for Krom, but from what I saw of the supports by far, My Unit is my favorite for Krom, you should see the support with Mark(sibling) and Lucina, it's so cute and sweet that makes you want to hug both of them, Mark(son) has a cute support with Krom too~
...In other words I consider them sort of cannon just because they are a very cute and moe family XD*Bricked*

Oh yes, I've seen that family's conversations: the most adorable/hilarious thing I've ever read there. Honestly, Rufure(FemMU) and Krom's supports were my faves, so awkward~!
I also love how despite Lucina being that mysterious masked-Marth that seemed to be a legend, she is very bad at being a girl. It's a kyuut thing really~

In my headcannon Lucina is a girl daddy and her siblig Mark is a momma boy that has a habit to use sacred weapons to cut fruits/potatoes XD.

It seems like it, plus both kids resemble that specific parent. Not to mention in one support conversation, Mark told Krom that he rarely remembered much about him, so I am assuming that he was closer to MU.
