Didn't come out like what I planned... and the water's wonky because I don't really know how to do water heheh... and then I forgot her wings last minute and those feathers aren't cool and painter can't do clouds like open canvas can, but the layers get all weird if I transfer and arrrrrgh... *stabs it!!*But all whining aside, I wanted to do something for Neco again and make it all pretty!! Er... I'll try again later >.<;;;
