Seriously now, I think the shot is good. It's not so easy to have a good capture wiht eyes. IMHO it 's perhaps too centered. And the real subject (the eye) is parasited by the sharpness of the other elements ( brows, skin...). But this eye is really pretty and its colour is very romantic, like a worked stainglass

The location of the highlights in the iris are...well...perfect. I also think the color here is interesting....reminds me of LOMO photography for some reason. VERY GOOD!!
