I enjoy the left side of the picture, with its limited color palette, and I like the text. The placement of the woman is good, though you can see some pixellation--you might try a little gaussian blur in order to remove that. Also, the right side of the picture seems to have nothing to do with the left, because the colors are not consistent. Either make the colors on the right in the same palette as the left side, or you need to put splashes of the colors on the right in the left side of the picture.

You have a great start, though.
