The Psycho Pirate fills her and her brother with fear, both  lose control, she has to kill her brother to stop him, gets 'cured' from the fear, appears normal but lately appears to be a little unstable.

a version of her is the new "Robin" for the Batman of Flashpoint, and the current appears to be with Bane, therefore a baddie.

She's a bit redundant since there's Supergirl and somewhere there's Power Girl. They could change her a bit and don't let her be a 'crazy' Supergirl.
