Hmm yeah. I was thinkin airbrush, but it's expensive >.> At least it's just arms and face/neck. I'm just worried about it rubbing off...

I've used water-based and oil based trollpaint before. The water-base is nice because it doesn't really rub off too easily once it's dried, and it washes off more easily. The oil-base is more of a drastic color change, and it's prone to rubbing off, but if you set it with baby powder, it's usually just fine.
I feel sorry for any feferi cosplayers, there's a LOT of exposed skin to cover there xDDD
