I really love the textures in this like the shiny metal rail and the dotted skirt to look like mesh and the bubble

I've only heard a couple, I haven't gone chasing them- I know bubblegum bitch, of course, and one other but I lost the tab before I could listen to it twice.
I have no doubt it is perfect though. I never dislike marina and the diamonds it's been a perfect run so far
and did you know, it turns out YOU are the answer to my motivation. All the stuff you are churning out is so great that I actually started something. Only now it turns out I actually AM to busy to draw instead of too lazy. isn't that the way.

oh man, the whole album is fantastic. i... ahem, found a leak of it, and will definitely pay for it once it's released, but for now? no regrets. it's really really good! man, i love pop music that isn't also guilty pleasure music

yes I'll get my hands on it somehow. Proooobably youtube or a couple google searches. pretty good plan. youtube has never failed me yet. actually, one time I couldn't find a non-live version of a song but that was okay.
and yes that's a great description of it!! I love how upbeat and bitter it is.
and yeah I actually like how it's coming along so I probably will finish it I think. maybe not until the weekend though. and I have hella sewing to do this weekend ugh

i managed to find a brush that makes it easy to make a material look like tulle
which is great because doing all that by hand would not be worth the effort!

they work in GIMP too, which is what I use for special brushes and effects. (GIMP is a free download, and you can save SAI files as .psd and open them in GIMP to preserve layers and such)
the only downside is that with GIMP, in order to rotate brushes, you have to utilize the brush as a stamp on separate layers and rotate each layer individually
it's a pain in the ass, but much less of a pain than drawing tulle by hand would be!

If you google it, you should be able to find tutorials on how to get yourself some custom brushes. I think as long as it's an updated enough version, you should be able to use any brushes made for photoshop!
other than that, the best way to figure it out would be just to play around with the functions and see what they all do. it's a nifty little program, and you can make some pretty interesting effects with it
