Description a split second shot of a water drop hitting my Casio watch. Reminiscent of "Holding a Piece of Time" [link] and hopefully keeping with its standard of high speed macro photography shooting.

I used my brother's camera for this shot, an Olympus C740UZ, shooting with an aperture of F/3.2, ISO of 200 and 1/1000 sec shutter speed.

My favorite aspect of this photo is the time-catching moment of having a water drop hit on a watch. my only regret is not having the time on the watch clearer.

I took about 20 shots to get this one right. I already have experience taking similar shot so I can get some good shots just by learning the timing from the drop to the time it hits and feeling the camera's shutterlag so I can press down in time for it to catch the drop. Takes a while, but it's worth it.

I loved "Holding a Piece of Time" You have amazing patients and dedication to get a shot like this. And I like this one because the watch really illustrates just how quickly raindrops fall, and burst, and drain away.

Really awesome idea, these shots are everywhere these days but it's definitely clear to see that you've put that much extra thought into the concept with the idea of the watch. Nicely done indeed.

It's a damn good capture! Though I prefer the other one, this one sure is something special. The background is nice, and I like how you composed and framed this, leaving the 'action' dead center.
Good colours too - thumbs up!
