Thank you for liking my 3d AAliyah as Queen of the Damned, keep up the good work, I have converted to digital only the last couple of years and what helped me a lot was to go to Imaginefx magazine's tutorial section, I do buy the mag but if you go to their website the tuts are free. I personally try to learn from Marta Dahlig, Boris Vallejo's work and loved the late great Frank Frazetta but am also a fan of manga and cartoons, although they are not my personal genre, keep it up the resemblance is good in your works and also the colours, big greetings from Australia
