Life drawing in the back loft saturday the 9th- first time life drawing in a long long time- the only one on this summer- was good to get back into it- both models very good- female model was awesomely beautiful and did this cool small movement change sequence for the 1 minute/30 secs sketches- just like animating with a model posing for each individual frame.the male model played music- which was cool too.
The loft was just awesome too- really cool environment/room- surrounded by artists studios.
The sketch of the girl in the corner didn't scan very well...
drawing quick sketches on top of another with different colouring pencils- lets you tell them apart- brought it the pencils to the music sketch to express some of the energy of the music

film is making mucho progress- working on the kiss scene in the animation- so its difficult to get right- and just difficult anyway because i have no references and there is a lot of movement involved- NEXT TIME i will record some actors kissing for reference- which will be fun +useful

things are fine with me. I'll be going back to school at the end of the month. I got my tongue pierced about a week ago. Im currently having a drawing problem. im overrun with requests. Im doing pictures and promo art for TWO bands now and my deadline is catching up with me. Plus my girlfriends computer is acting up and im getting less time to talk with her each day.

two phrases from a book I read today on making films: set goals that are easy to accomplish so that you do not become overwhelmed and discouraged

you could pick one of those two quotes I guess to back up what you plan to do- but I think both can help you- give yourself some deadlines+goals relating to getting those band things done to help you out.
