Cruella De Vil is one of the best villains in OUAT mainly because she's one of the very few who don't have some tragic back-story for reasoning on why they're evil, she was just born a psycho I really hope it's not just a couple o episodes Cruella's going to be in the new season, I really want her back

Nice portrait, even if I will always think she's a knockoff of a knockoff in context of OUAT and its spinoff, OUAT in Wonderland. I thought the Jabberwock was Cruella at first with the dual tone hair and the spotted coat. While I think it was a great concept, I think that using the power to "make people go mad with their own fear, and possibly die from it" could have been put to better use.
