Hey! A collection of FemShep+Joker inspired tracks is a fantastic idea! I really like it. Many thanks for letting me know about it, and also for choosing my art to illustrate it.

This is awesome! How do you do that? Artistic genius? Yes, defiantly that. They deserve to be together... someone send this to BioWare, show them how wonderful it is. Maybe they'll bring out a DLC pack just for romancing Joker.

I just started the Mass Effect games and from the start I was like "Ooooh Joker <3"
Needless to say, I am very sad that I'll never get to romance that sexy beast of a pilot D: DAMN YOUUU BIOWARE ;n;

This is so beautiful I love it...but it also makes me sad. I really feel for the JokerXShepard fans. Wish Bioware could have given Shep and Joker a chance. I have always been a Garrus fan myself but honestly if I had another Shepard and could romance Joker ..I would. My sister on the other hand wouldn't even play ME3 once she found out EDI became Joker's "sex bot" ....freaken disgusting. And it was just a slap in the face for people when you were given the option to ask "Why not me?" at the Purgatory Bar and he rejects you ..without any thought.

I've never actually played a game with her (since they weren't nice enough to give us Joker as a romance) so I'll just craft her in ME3 and get her far enough into the game I can actually play around with some shots. Yay for fraps!

I LOVE this! It is such a shame that we couldn't romance Joker in the third game. They are such an adorable couple, I don't understand why Bioware refuses to give us this lovely romance!

The only thing that bugs me really is that previous admins uploaded pics without links to originals, nevermind asking for permission. I know this was definitely the norm for a good long while on the majority of FB pages, but I'm glad to say I have - by leading as an example - got at least 3 pages to follow suit in noting where they get stuff from at very least.
The other page (I'm 2nd admin and have been looking after it since the 1st admin's computer died...) is Mass Effect Female Shepard and the other admin decided she was going to do even better and *ask* artists for permission. I was nervous of that at first, after all, what happens when I would love a picture and they say no..? Turns out it bothered me less than I thought lol!
Anyways... please do have a scrounge through my various FemShep albums (the ones that have art in at least, lol), and if you *know* the artist of a picture you find without references, please let me know so I can track down the original or try to. It'd be lovely to reach a point where every single picture is referenced at very least, and the artist notified or asked at best.
As for sharing your picture, the honour is all mine. Plagiarism is rife wherever there is poor accountability, but if you stand up for integrity, there is always a chance you will inspire others to do the same. So I can appreciate that artists can have problems with Facebook because e.g. I might treat them with respect, but a fan of the page may copy and spread without conscience. However, because of my example, there is a chance that I will make it an ingrained automatic behaviour to note where they got something from.
Plus, at least if they share a picture from *my* page, clicking on the picture should get information about where it actually came from, which is better than them uploading it themselves, or sharing it from a page that never thinks about such things. That's the way I see it. Law isn't upheld by laws, nor is it upheld by punishment, it's actually upheld by all the ordinary people that *choose* to abide by it, even when there's nobody watching them, and when if they thought about it they would know that if all broke the rules, most would get away with it.

Apologies for the late reply.
In my experience if you ask the artist permission, 9 out of 10 times theyβll say yes, this is particularly true with fanart, because of course is a fan piece made by a fan for fans so theyβll have no problems in sharing it.
But youβre right though, plagiarism is rife as you say, the worse offender has to be tumblr closely followed by FB. People just post pictures they like and hardly ever credit the artist, the most annoying thing has to be the comments that seem to congratulate the poster as if s/he did it. Thatβs not cool. Thatβs why in my other fanart page I have I started adding watermarks which is something I really didnβt want to do, but it did seem to stop the plagiarism that was starting to get a bit ridiculous.
I'd gladly help you to identify artists if I recognize the work, problem is that unless they are from DA and it has Joker on it chances are I wonβt know them...
