Oh dearest me. I seem to have gone delightfully mad!

So, no. I totally wasn't joking when I said that this would be a series of Marvel-Ponies Pics. We're going to see FOUR MORE OF THESE, BABY!

A bit less to say about this one, given that I did most of my rationalization and convincing argument on the last pic: [link]

I dunno why, I just felt that Twilight had to be Spider-Mare. I mean she really fits the best. They're both nerdy and smart, have a big sense of responsibility, and furthermore, they're both basically the flagship characters of their respective series/companies.
Well, sorta. Twilight is definately the "main character" of MLP, but Spider-Man's a bit iffier. One could argue that Captain America or perhaps even Iron Man is Marvel's "Flagship character," but I argue Spider-Man. I say this because he was the first Marvel hero to get a really GOOD movie (that I can think of), He's one of their most popular characters, even after One More Day, He had his own cartoon even way back in the 60's, and he always seems to be standing in the very front of every Marvel Universe Poster, T-Shirt, group shot, etc. that I know of... Seriously. I have a Marvel Poster and Spidey takes up like a whole third of it!

I'm so damn funneh...

The costume is based on a combination of the Classic Spider-Man outfit and the 1990's Ben Reilly Spidey outfit. Say what you will about the Clone Saga (Celestia knows I have), but I did like Ben Reilly's suit.

Also, yes, that is indeed Trixie as Mysterio. That was simply TOO perfect a fit. 'course I had to feminize the name a bit soooo... "MYSTERIA!!"

Oh... and I decided to go ahead and say to heck with the colored outlines for everything MLP... or at least for the Comic Book Cover spoofs. There's just too much going on in them and changing the outlines takes way too damn long for me.
Hope that doesn't cause an international incident for anybody
