the awesome outline was drawn by and i just colored it ^_^ i did ask her if i could color thisTHANK YOU FOR LETTING ME COLOR THIS!! it was fun!!! ^_^ i was trying out a new coloring style which i'm going to use more often!
also... when the Engie says stay on the point... you stay on the point

This is, this is so cool, holy crap. That's a totally awesome colour style O.o, I'm jealous! Just, all the little things I never think of with digital colour, like the proper placement of highlights without making everything look shiny, the use of shading, just... It looks so professional and nice and I'm so excited

it takes time to get the colors right, but i've been working with PS:CS1 for over 6 years

Yeah, I lost my copy of photoshop ages ago, so I've been using GIMP, but I've never really had the patience to relearn everything digitally that I know how to use with traditional media... and having only a touchpad only increases my frustrations. So naturally, I'm jealous of anyone who actually has the patience to work their way competently around digital colouring 
Ah, geeze, I do a sketch layer where everything looks just awful and then just break a lot of art rules with the outline layer XD. I hate inking, so I just apply hard and fast pressure with the pencil and just erase the gross sketchy stuff.
I'm actually pretty down with drawing requests lately; it's kept my drawing hand limber. Toss me some info/refs and I can give it a go.

i do fast sketches and ink in PS... i just started using this kind of coloring style
