Together with we're working on making an otp-kissing-meme for Anidala, so here is my first entry to this little project :3
My first was “Apology kiss”, so I had this idea of a bit alternative course of events, leading to this scene of Anakin feeling extremely guilty for gripping Padme. Inb4: She is okay.
The Au is abouit what would happen if Padme regained consciousness before the duel went to the point of no-return. What if she started to have labor pains right there, on Mustafar - her scream would definitely become a good stop-signal for the fight. Her death during chidbirth still remained Anakins’ greatest fear, so he would not be able to do anything but be beside her. I suppose Obi Wan would also know the time and place, and would abstain from any actions. This moment of fear would quickly make Anakin sober up from his emotions and realize what he had done to Padme, so he will try not only to help her and save her, but also to apologize for that grip.
