That's a beautiful (and psychotropic) Ipomoea purpurea,
commonly known as Morning Glory, stretching up
to capture that wonderful sunlight.
In the background, Sintra 's town-hall tower.

The whole atmosphere on this picture is beautiful. The flowers and the castle look really good together, and they make me think about a fantasy tale!!

Wow, this piece is beautiful. The angle you chose is very nice and really makes the Morning Glory seem kinda, royal! The background castle kinda makes it seem the same. The glory of spring is truly one to cherish and hold in high regards. The clouds and the background really do seem like something out of a story book. You did really great with this piece. I cannot see much wrong with this picture. You're watermark/signature is very well blended in also.

I like how you interpreted the flower as 'royal'. I think that's exactly was I had in the back of my mind while shooting this.

I like the quaint square crop! I wonder how it would if you used a tighter aperture and kept the background in focus too.

Great shot, I love the angle and the sense of depth is fantastic! 
Something I'd personally suggest is to include just a bit more of the flowers near the bottom. I think that would make the building stand out more (since it would have more empty space to contrast against).
But that's just my opinion.
Overall, though, this is an awesome capture!
