Made entirely in UF 5.04
This may look a little familiar to you, but I decided that was a little overbearing for the challenge. So I removed the teardrops but the sparkles are still in the frame, make sure you look at the big view! I also played around with the frame to make it look a little more dramatic.

There are several OCAs available in Ultra Fractal to make frames, but they are never the main focus of the picture. This time, they WILL be! The inside of your fractal doesn't HAVE to be empty or monochromatic - you can put what you want in it, but it must be a decoration, and the main focus must be on the frame. You may want to make the frame bigger than you would a regular frame, so that it's more visible and stands out better in the picture. You can find examples of frame algorithms in: jbo.ucl, jos.ucl, mtz.ucl, raf.ucl, sdc.ucl and some mappings (browse for the word "Frames" in the UF search function).
