First off, let me say that this looks really cool.

I like how where it's cut, there's sort of a glow.

Something that bothers me a little bit is the outline of the head, how it's a different color than everything else.

The light shining off of the crystals could have been better, like you could make all the shine come from one side, from the light source.

The shading of the fur is good, especially at the front, where you used a warmer hue for darker parts and a cooler hue for the lighter areas.
