Apparently, in the new episode, "SpongeBob in RandomLand," there is a scene which depicts Squidward and SpongeBob encountering a vast wall of doors. One door displayed a shot of Squidward's bedroom, and then there was static with Red Mist Squidward's face. I do appreciate that the creators actually acknowledged the "Squidward's Suicide" Creepypasta, almost like how they recognized that many moments from their show have become memes.
