so do you just paint each of the trees on different layers and then lower the opacity? or anything else that's fading in the picture,is that how you do it?

is it the same thing with the blue color?

No, I did one layer for the base trees, one for the grass, one for the cats, one for the blue color..
Actually, more than a half of them are for the deeetails
One layer for each tree, that would be kinda crazy X'D

Airbrush or the blur tool can do it well
But I personally use the transparent brush tool, dunn if Sai supports that XP
