Props to anyone who's known me long enough to remember this guy floating around
Aruveii Lindveille. My own personal character creation of love and cherishing-ness. It's been years since I put pen to paper to draw him out.
I was in a strange... inky mood. Go figure

It was part and parcel for recupperation and sick leave in light of having to head back into the army on the 13th of August.
That and, well, it'd been a good long while since I'd done really good and heavy inking

LoL... I have an entire history planned out for this guy. It would make up it's own book, more or less
The reader's digest version goes preeeetty much as follows:
He's a half-elf, of sorts. The son of a dragon, raised by a blacksmith, turned to sorcery, by way of innate talent. This is pretty late on in his career, so we're looking at a hand crafted sword and dagger set.
There was even a whole slew of thought that went into making the armor both protective and allowing for high mobility. Long story. And, to be fair, unapparent in this drawing
He started out as a D'n'D character of mine, actually, that I never got to play. I rolled insane stats and had a ball of a time working up his backstory, etc etc etc and then, of course, the party fell apart.
Go figure.
Still, he made a really fun character hanging around the inside of my head for several years, thereafter

Haha i played DnD once, I was a Rock Golem or Rock Troll whichever was available. And on one of my turns i was like "I want to rape this monster."
So everyone was like uhhh...ok roll blahblahblah and you can rape the mountain dwarf. And i rolled it and i said "Oh god thats gonna hurt. Im a Rock Golem raping a dwarf...OUCH. He shouldnt have dropped the soap =/"

The history is pretty awesome, but how was he a son of a dragon? Curious ;o

The roughed out version is that he (the dragon) was off gallivanting about in elven form, when it met his mother. The story's really quite involved, when you pull in all the varied parts.
As far as writing goes, apart from the occasional article, here and there, I haven't really done any real writing in years. Definitely not any creative writing. The stories are there. The time just isn't.

Tempting as it is, time is at the proverbial premium on and about now. Writing that sort of thing out requires quite a bit of layout and storyboarding (after a fashion). I'm actually only finding time to draw just now because I'm on sick leave... Of course, that doesn't mean there won't be time later on
