I honestly don't remember if I'd seen the jacket anywhere before. Even if I hadn't, it was most definitely subliminally based on all the wolverine costume designs throughout the years

Wonderful, absolutely wonderful.
Claws seemed a bit odd at first, but that was only in the thumbnail. It looks fine up close.

And I love the cigar. Takes me back to the days when he and Gambit smoked.

That's also how they did it for the better part of forty years in the comics... It's really not a question of being pro or contra smoking. Hell, I'm a smoker and I think it's a stupid arsed thing to do. Still, it's true to the image of the character I carry around in my mind.

Well, good thing I created an alternate version of Wolverine then. Lol My version doesn't smoke. He's also in his 20s. XP That's right, he's not ancient. XD Which means he can date any girl he wants; whether it be Rogue, Shadowcat, or even.. >.> The Black Cat. LOL Anything is possible with a young Wolverine.

This looks amazing. I love the style. He looks rough and tumble with a "I could care less" attitude, but when you look into his eyes they are totally opposite.

Its always been said that the eyes are the window to the soul, haha does that mean that deep down inside Wolverine is a softy?
