Oof ;w; what a super pose. I love it!
Makes me want to design a colourful outfit. x] I realise I've been very boring with colour combinations. How do you know what colours to pic though? You make them all look so natural. D= Using orange is something I've avoided like the flu since I was worried people might be like "NARUTO COPY!", but you've made it work and look so original with those other colours.
The only medium I've ever wanted to colour in is copics, and this shows me why I still would like to~ They look so gorgeous, and ;w; you use them so well. This looks like it should be in a pro-publication<3
About this real manga paper, also, do you know what it's called, by any chance?
StefiMonster's right, too. Even if she doesn't have much of a backstory yet, your OCs all seem so well developed, and Yukimitsu is no exception. It's epic that she releases those claws with a jutsu. ;D
I love her hair, especially how you've coloured it, but also the bow-type thing around her waist. It sets off the whole outfit, and the fact you've drawn and coloured the patterns yourself makes it look just so much better<3
Her eye make-up is gorgeous. ;] Is she left handed, by the way? It's just I noticed her holster is on her left leg.
I wouldn't worry about the shadows. You've got everything else down so perfectly I don't think it matters what the shadow looks like.

;] Sounds like a plan. I tend to use, and I do mean this literally, at least 15-20 layers of different colour combinations when doing digital art sometimes. The lag...Jesus christ B'D
Yeah, I must admit, it's hard balancing out a unique design with being practical. ;\ I know Naruto's clothes are the most impractical a ninja can have, but...he's so up front, he kind of just announces himself anyway, regardless of whether it's with his mouth, fists, or clothing choices. xD' Sakura's red is just as bad a choice, you'd think!
But people automatically jump to the conclusion, purple=Mary-sue. I know I keep going on about other people's opinions, so I'll try stopping...x'D hopefully.
Oof. I hate to sound like a douche, but those prices would make me very nervous about using those pens. I'd be frightened to waste them. They'd definitely be something I'd need to save for... and use wisely. Thanks for the links and info~ it's given me an idea of what I might need to do.
;W; You're certainly doing that right. Agh, jutsu names. xD I like them in Japanese rather than English, but even though I'm learning Japanese, I fail soooo hard at it. My names would make no sense.
Psh, it doesn't have to be an error. xD I was just curious because I've got an obsession with knowing what hand people use.

Haha yeah I always use soooo many layers when I do stuff on the computer. It's such a pain, but it's definently worth it in the end. xD
That's very true with Naruto, it matches his personality. I think Kishimoto designed the main characters (Naruto, Sakura, Sasuke mainly) to have outfits that would make them stand out as characters. Other characters have practical outfits, though, I think. In a way...I know at least that Neji's new clothes in Shippuden are lose and flowy (and they're traditional Hyuuga robes) so he can perform his attacks better. Or something. Narutopedia = bestfriend. XD
I think purple is practical, depending on the season. :3 Fall and winter would probably be best for purple, or if you're going on a dark mission (like into a cave or to Amegakure or something), so it helps to conceal you. That's kind of another reason why I want to design multiple outfits, depending on the missions they have. That...and I get bored of drawing the same thing over and over again xD
Copics are SO expensive but they're worth it! And I use mine a lot but you can get a long use out of them...the first set I have I bought around 4 years ago and they're just starting to run dry on me as of late. They're pretty nice. And you can also buy cheap re-fills for the pens you buy, instead of having to buy the stupid full pen haha. You're welcome~ I absolutely love Deleter. They make copics and other inking/drawing supplies too. It's shame they're so damn expensive. D:
I have this pad of publishing manga paper (like the professional stuff <3) but nowadays manga is all digital so I feel like it's not useful anymore. Shame, because I haven't even opened it yet, even after two years ;___; rofl.
I can definently help you translate or make them if you want. The names in English are so funny. " ULTIMATE SAND TSUNAMIIIIIIIIII!!!" It's so ridiculous. I actually really like Gaara's American voiceover though. I think he pulls off the "I'm fucking insane" personality VERY well, especially in those Chuunin Exam episodes and Gaara goes completely apeshit. It's funny when you hear his normal voice because it's not as low and he sounds like a comedian. xD
[link]
You can barely hear him over the fangirls, but the transition from his normal voice to Gaara is so hilarious. I could not stop laughing when my friend showed me this. xD I'm such a fangirl. Eep. >.<

True. You at least know you've checked all your options, even if the lag has caused you to go out and stab a few people in the process.
...Er, I'm hoping that didn't come out sounding as serious as I just read it. :D'
True. Orange is just ... Naruto's colour. xD No matter how impractical, he cannot by law ever dispose of his orange clothing. D< I swear he'd be attacked if he did.
Yeah, that's what I was thinking. People often go for a Red+Yellow+Blue combo with "The main trio".
For some reason, I'm in love with Neji's clothes. x'D Pre and Post-TS. They're just...They're just awesome.<3 And you're right, others' outfits seem like they're most of the time, far more practical. Bar Kiba's jacket Pre-TS though. Not in a warm climate, please. XD As godly as that freakin' thing is. -fantard- >>
I have thought of that, too. I mean, in a non-manga/anime version of the Naruto world...xD You know the outfit-choices would change radicly with every mission. You've made me want to give canon ninja new outfits just by mentioning this...aggh x'D Stop inspiring me<3
At least Sasuke's clothes aren't totally impractical! : D Um, blue would work in certain situations, right? Er, then again, his Post-TS outfit may only serve to leave him raped by many, many ... MANY kunoichi. xD
...Whoa, seriously? 4 years? D= Dude. I need to go back onto one of our previous comments or something. xD I'm sure you mentioned a specific inking pen to use as well. But bloody hell, 4 years definitely sounds worth it. :c I suppose you have to be really dedicated to art or sure you're going to use them to spend that much.
Does it matter though if manga's digital now? ;] There are still those out there who prefer the old traditional way better. Has more character, to it, I think. Don't waste it~ ;w; You could make something amazing with it!
Oof, that'd be fantastic! If I manage to come up with some interesting techniques, I'll definitely ask you then. :] Does one of your parents teach you Japanese or something? xD Sorry if that's a little nosey, I was just curious, since an American friend of mine was able to learn Japanese at school, but then I remembered it says on your profile you're half Japanese.
LOL the English names I swear are probably more lethal than the actual techniques. You just die of laughter. xD
...OH GOD. x'D That's fantastic. And, he's quite fit. ;} ~

Aww, I'll try my hand at it, if only for the fun of it. xD
Oh god. ;w; Please don't tell me you've got a grumpy, drunken animal hidden away in your soul. >W<
...I just choked on ... er, air. XD You know, you're probably right.
;w; I wish you could take me shopping with you. You've got it all planned out. xD
Fair enough. Might come in handy one day. XD
D= Oof. Lu-CKY. I think Japanese is such a gorgeous language. ;w; I hate to sound like a Wapanese but whenever I hear anyone speaking Japanese I stop what I'm doing and go all giddy when I can understand it. x'D Lame, I know, but don't hate on me for being a silly white child. XD
Do you like being able to learn Japanese though? :] Haha, well, talking like a boy isn't neccessarily a bad thing. ;D
> w< Wow~ Wish I could go visit Japan the way you do. Don't get me wrong, I'm not one of those that thinks Japan's the most epic place in the world, it's just ... I'd love to see it for myself.
Wut wut? How cute! ... I was reading about 'dattebayo' on this Japanese grammar site last night. D= Before that, I used to think it was just something Naruto said. -FAIL- But, this site said it meant something similar to basically saying, "If I've told you once ... " or something. Is that true? o.o
Oh, god, I'd love to be afflicted with that tic. xD Or just hear someone with it. <3 Or ... just be able to speak fluent Japanese in general. ;w;

And what if I did have a drunken, grumpy animal hidden away in my soul? >.>; Bahaha. <3<3
Well, we can shop together via the internets, I suppose. I'm so culture-stupid, but I assume the whole world uses Amazon and Ebay, right? XD
You aren't Wapanese at all. :3 It's great that you feel that way about it, because it truly is a lovely language. It's also a bitch to learn xD There's so much to remember. In Japan they have "kanji" tests, where anyone at any age (I think it's mainly adults though) can take a kanji test to be certified in a certain level. My mom was studying to get a certification two years ago but she procrastinated and just gave up. xD My Obaa-chan (grandmother) doesn't even recognize some kanji figures when they pop on on game shows and stuff. Plus there's all the different levels of speaking properly and so on and so forth. >.<
It's definently worth visiting. <3 Not just the cities either, but the countryside and the hotsprings. Ohhh the hotsprings. <3 It's SO relaxing. And the old temples and streets in Kyoto are so gorgeous. My family's from Tokyo, but most of them live in Saitama prefecture, or in the suburbs (like 20 minutes by car into the main city). So we live in a quietish area. :3
Dattebayo doesn't really have a true meaning/translations...it's more like "like I said", or something along the lines of what you said. "Datte" can also mean, "but" and I don't think bayo has a meaning. I think the way Naruto says it is more of a, "YEAH!" kind of thing though. I'm not too sure. x_x
All it takes is a lot of studying! <3 You can be fluent I'm sure~

Excuse the ultra-late reply, I'm sorry. :c
...I'd be somewhat disturbed...but I'd want to have tea with this drunken beast! : D
Fft, net shopping sounds good to me. XD Oh, psh, you're talking to someone who was so absolutely culture-retarded that up until a few years ago, they still assumed Egypt was the way it was thousands of years ago, i.e., no modern shit. ;\ Do. Not. Laughhhh.
...I assume everyone uses those sites too. o.o' They're just so convenient? xD'
Sigh of reliefff. :] I sometimes do worry I seem like one of those who assumes Japan is all shiny and number 1 and desuplz.
xD Oh, god, it seriously is a gorgeous language. And I agree with you. I still mix up "wa" and "ga" and when to use them, and that's beginner stuff!
I love practicing kanji though. ;w; I've heard of those kanji tests. xD Agh. Really? It's more surprising in a way to hear that your grandmother doesn't recognise a lot of kanji. I think most westerners seem to assume older generations automatically spout the stuff.
...Sorry for making my reply yet again, novel length, but am I right in thinking there is some type of stress added into some spoken words on certain parts? The only one I can think of as an example is "hashi". :c I read that if you put more emphasis on the "ha" part, it changes the meaning of the word compared to if you stress the "shi" bit. Is that bollocks or complete fakt? xD Sorry, I'm using you briefly as a Japanese tutor. :'D
I worry I'd accidentally slip up and use a really rude or impolite word in front of someone I shouldn't. Too much anime in Japanese. So easy to get used to hearing things like "kisama" and stuff like that.
Ah, yeah, I've heard that if you visit the main cities, and only the main cities, you can get quite a narrow and overwhelmed view of the country itself. I'd probably want to go to a quieter area first because I lack social skills. And fail in crowds. I think I'd just be awe-struck anyway at being in a country I've only seen photographs of. <3
Hot springs seem like something that I'd need to get used to. The British are PRUDES. But it does look super relaxing~ Have you ever been nervous about going in them? o.o
I'd love to see the old temples and streets! ;w; Those are the things that catch my eye the most in photographs I've seen.
I seriously wish I had your ancestry. I'd love to have friends or family already living there who I could visit and culture-stalk. xD I'd love to hit you up for moar information, particularly about where Saitama is, but I think rather than be lazy on that one I shall just get my mofo-sized atlas out. e_é
I've heard that, that "datte" can mean "but", but I've no idea how to use it in that way. XD LOL, I noticed. It just seems to be, like you said, a tic! <3
>: O You've motivated me to do my homework. I'll do my best~ I shall be getting my kanji books out and nerding out on them<3
Sorry again though for taking a decade to reply.

Hahaa it's okay, I'm really culture-retarded too.
And yesss, if you put in an accent on certain syllables, it's different. Taking your example, "HAshi" means "chopstick". "HaSHI" means "bridge". But yeah ;; And I always confuse certain things too, it's just something you catch onto after speaking it for a long time I suppose.
The cursing is also controlled I think...I know that when I'm around friends and stuff I'll randomly blurt out, "FUCKING SHIT" or something, but when I'm around my parents I somehow...conciously control it. Or something xD. I think its just my poor concious cowering in fear of my parents. D:
When I was younger I wasn't self concious about the hotsprings, but then I got boobs and I was all ASODUHAOSJNASLDJ hahaha. XD The British are prudes? Really? O_o My mom fancies British criminal/police/detective shows, and my Dad and I used to watch really old british comedy shows when I was a kid...like "As Time Goes By" and stuff like that XD I still love that old shit I always thought the Brits were mentally provocative. Maybe it's the opposite of Japan. They're pretty physically "provacative" (like there's open hentai shops, the hotsprings, etc etc) but if you speak of it it's like NO. Hahaha, weird.
I don't even remember where Saitama is xD It's like a little prefecture (or county...or district? Idk what yall europeans call them haha) nearish to Tokyo~ If I find a map or something I'll be sure to link you xD
DO YOUR HOMEWORK, WOMAN!
I like how I've been procrastinating on homework. xD

xD I dread to think of what kind of things you might accidentally say without meaning to, just by putting stress on the wrong part of a word, before you've got used to all of that.
LOL. And here for some reason I thought you might be the type to hate swearing with a passion! D= My bad.
I think I'm the opposite. My mum doesn't mind me swearing as long as I don't direct it at her or relatives, so I swear a fair bit around her. But most of my friends don't like swearing much, so I try to control the language around them. :'D
Ffft when you're little you don't have anything to be self-conscious about. xD It's bad enough when you do get boobs though, but when they're kind of ... well, tiny. Then you're really terrified of this stuff.
I THINK the British are generally thought of as prudes, but I don't socialise enough to know for sure. And you can't always trust drama series or things like that, so I'm not the person to ask. :] ... I can only go really, by what I saw in schools, and when you occasionally see those programs about drunken idiots getting banged up. xD They don't seem mentally CAPABLE, nevermind mentally provocative.
I didn't think America got many British tv programs. XD Aww~! That's sweet though. I've heard of that program, but I can't say I've watched it myself.
...LOL, you're joking. xD There are hentai shops just out there in the public? x'D That's fantastic.
I heard once that in Japan, there's a general rule of "Dont' call it what it is", meaning don't say "sex", say "it". XD Is that true? Over here it just seems like a case of it's fine to talk about those things.
I need to look up the difference between prefecture/county/district, because this is something that's confused me for ages. xD Haha, thank you!
xDD I think a remedy to this might be getting one of those motivational posters, you know, the screen-cap things? But:
A) with Orochimaru's face on it with him looking batshit insane, and
B) Big, offensive-sized text reading "Do your homework, or I will rape you<3"

Haha, I'm glad it's not just me. D= I swear sometimes that I must have occasional tourettes. And you're an adult~ You're bount to let rip on the swearing in this day and age. : D
LOL. Even I don't remember anything that came out over here in the early 90s. xD You're not missing a lot though, I don't think. Personally I've never been very interested in anything recent TV-program-wise that's come out over here, apart from a series called "Life on Mars". I think there's an American remake, too, but I've only seen the English one and I love itttt. D=
...I think I'd be one of those tourists with a retarded reaction. I think if ever I get to see one of those sex shops just chillin on the roadside, I'll have to take a picture of it. >:B for proofz.
I wouldn't think so. I was always given the impression when I was younger that all Japanese were polite, kind, and non-sexual. x'D I'm now aware how wrong that idea was. It's the fact though, that even over here, you don't exactly seem to hear people even say "sex". You'll usually hear something like, "got off with", "how's your father", or random, really bizarre ways of referring to it. xD' I'm surprised foreigners don't kill themselves trying to figure this stuff out.
Yuss. I'm sure England must have some sort of similar set up, but I've never bothered finding out. xD' I need to go do that so I don't feel like an idiot.
L.O.L DDDDD= UGH. He would so say it like that, too! With the "thee" in there. >> ... I know it's stupid, but I cannot watch him do that crazy shit with his tongue. It's just wrong on so many levels. X'D;; I wonder what Jiraiya and Tsunade think of it when he does that. Jiraiya of course would be jealous that he can't do that, unless he gets a tongue transplant from one of his toads...:C Sorry I'm waffling now.

oooooh, that show sounds very interesting title-wise. I'll have to look it up~~ I just love British shows. I love the original The Office as well, but that show has a lot of "regional humor" that I don't quite understand (as in, a lot of the jokes refer to things that are special to England, etc), so it's not as funny to me as it probably is. The American version is just as great though, since I guess all those jokes are re-done as an American version. Like the popular "that's what she said" jokes, and the constant prodding at our political figures.
HOW'S YOUR FATHER? XD
I just died. Just. Died.
I may have to use that on people now for the shits and giggles. That is way too funny.

xD Wutwut? I thought The Office was originally American. There's a British version? ... Clearly I don't watch TV enough. XDD Yeah, I get what you mean though about the regional humour. I don't know if it's just my sense of humour or not, but I love the Simpsons, even though I really don't get half of some of the jokes. xD
LOL. USE IT. "HOW'S ABOUT A BIT OF HOW'S YOUR FATHER?"
I'm sure there are even weirder ones, but my brain won't tell me what they are now I want to know.
XDD It isss. Funny how anything Orochimaru related is automatically wrong. x'D
;w; He's still alive, really! Just go back a few volumes! : D
...Actually, I have to get over a recent thing that's killed my fantard-ness for Jiraiya. xD' Have you seen "Panty & Stocking with Garterbelt?" I'm sure Jiraiya's voice appears on that on one episode, and it just totally freaked me out. x'D

What's what? How's your father, or Panty & Stocking? D= The latter is a really crude comedy anime that I find hilarious. xD There's a ghost on one episode that steals panties, I think, and it has Jiraiya's voice! ;w; It freaked me out, even though Jiraiya would do the same thing.....
