Hope you like it,my idea is Mew has watched humans celebrating Christmas and sees how happy they are so it feels that by copying what they are doing it will make the other Pokemon/or humans that see it happy^^

Thank you^^ It's a shiny one,blue it my fav color so I like drawing the shiny one^^ And they didn't have any shiny Mew's in the contest so I figure mine might stand out more than^^
