Hey... Missed me? Sorry for the lack of activity in the last days. I've been pretty busy.

So this is my entry for 's contest. The contestants had to draw something related to a song with their characters. My choice was Viva la Vida, by Coldplay ([link] ).

This pic was inspired by that song, though mostly on the paragraph that says:

Revolutionaries wait
For my head on a silver plate
Just a puppet on a lonely string
Oh who would ever want to be king?

Why that part and Mike with his wings? Mike is a king and this pic represents one part of the story I'm writting, where the Golden Tower (his castle/palace) was attacked and taken by the evil forces of Darklek. Too young and with nobody but the guards to protect him, The young dragon saw himself forced to flee in order to save his life. Sad for leaving his home and his kingdom, unable to do anything (he still didn't knew about his powers at the time), he hatchling escaped and hid in a village until things become safe to return. He learnt to defend himself and also about his powers and what he can do with them. After some time (I still didn't decided how long it will be), he return to take his place back.

The story's still not complete, but I guess that part can describe it well. :3 What do you think?

Oh! Also I would like to say that I have been working on improvements on my skills. I guess I made some already. Such like colored outlines and a better distribution of the light and shades, for example.

By the way, I would like to express here a special thanks for for suggesting me the song I used. I really couldn't decide about what song to pick. O.o
