Wow Carol! You're so strong!
Tch. I'm not impressed.
So I have a bit of a joke headcanon that Carol is possibly one of the strongest people in the freedom planet cast, either rivaling or surpassing Neera in brute strength. Though Carol is a swift and agile fighter who primarily does quick, light strikes, I'd like to think that she would have some of the most devastating punches and kicks anyone could receive, maybe that's why nothing can phase her when doing her wild kick. I came to this headcanon when thinking on how Carol is able to support herself and her bike while hanging, though definitely there is some struggle there. Even so she is able to do it XD Therefore she must have some powerful arms, shoulders, back, thighs and legs.

Well... Neera has a spear handicap that makes her combat a bit on the slow side, and all of her power comes from her elemental magic. And about Carol's strenght think it's something of a family trait rather than anything else. Granted we don't exactly know how her sister will act if she's outta ammo but if that sneak peak of Cory boss battle is any indication, she and Carol are both pretty strong (you gotta admit that launching one self into an enemy HEADFIRST does require a pretty durable noggin' and strong neck)(believe me when i say it, i watched the trailer frame by frame and she LITERALLY headbutts Lilac with her burst attack).

Oh snap! I had no idea that was the case actually, that's really interesting and I'm gonna have to go and give that a look again xD That'd be pretty interesting if that's the case that her strength is all part of Carol's wildcat family haha!
