Description Quick tribute sketch of Steve Jobs, in his youth, who we all know passed away yesterday due to an ongoing battle with pancreatic cancer. He was 56.

Probably because of the solitary nature of being a cartoonist, I always liked the idea of Jobs toiling away in his garage into the late hours of the night, hunched over a bulky hand-made device that will not only serve to change the world, but solitariness as well.

I'm sorry to say I was never aware of who Steve was. I had never heard his name or what he had done until his death came up. I'm impressed at what he accomplished and very thrilled to know he did what he always wanted to do. I really wish I knew what he did earlier though. RIP Steve Jobs.

but see, now you know. and his legacy lives on. so it's great, even though it was because of his passing, that you are now discovering some of the wonderful things he created.
