It does give that FMA feel.
I think you did a wonderful job on this, I really like the colors and the effects to it (Lighting, shading and the coloring style) and gives Amy a much more adult feel (which is good) and a bit more serious than her more fangirlish protrail she normally gets.
Lastly, you draw good hands.
