Personality

Magnus is a crybaby Nugget that’s afraid of the dark and high places. He’s extremely tolerant and will rarely get angry, which makes him seem laid back and calm (when he’s not being spooked). In reality though Nug is just detached from reality most of the time and doesn’t really care about what’s going on outside of the whimsical nonsense in his head. Because of this he doesn’t often feel close to others unless they force their way into his world, often reasoning that “they have their own life to live so it doesn’t matter if they’re in mine”. He’s non-confrontational and very independent to the point of impossible stubbornness. (Dare him to do anything and he’ll do it, even if he’s a blubbering mess the whole time.)

Nug likes his alone time and wandering off by himself. He himself is not an adventurous type, but his always active mind is starved for stimulation so he often finds himself getting unintentionally lost in the nearby forests or will forget to sleep in favor of finishing a 500 page book in a single night.

Despite his independent nature and struggles with feeling emotionally attached to others, Magnus does get quite lonely. He especially feels this when reality comes crashing down on him or anxiety overwhelms his brain. So if you’re one of Nug’s few friends (or his favorite brother, Az), be ready for the occasional needy Wyngling snuggles!
