Locomotive, a Steampunk adventure/romance.
Young (insert boy name here) has spent a good majority of his life in (insert small city name here), praying and wishing for a chance to break free of the common life and into one of adventure. Summoned by the King, he's entrusted to deliver an important letter to the opposing country across the continent. He finally gets his chance to leave, but finds himself in a bind when he's stuck with a mysterious runaway who seems to have some sort of beef with the police.
Mix in that with hitmen, police, and a couple of trains hoppers.
