Description Watercolors on 9” X 12” Arches 140lb cold press paper.

Photo reference is a small picture on a world travel site. I do not know what country it was trying to lure tourists to, but I like the intensive look on this man’s face. He is the avid reader, judging from the pages of his thick book

I like to paint dark skin and I hope it looks ok to you. Thanks for looking and any comment is very much appreciated

This is beautiful. It has an acrylic feel to it even though it's watercolor. I like the rich texture you pulled from the watercolors.

The colors coordinate well in this paintings. If there is something to pay attention to I think is meticulousness of your works. Like the proportion of the hands.

You are welcome. I just feel that painting is such a thing that needs practicing. Your skill can never become well developed without practicing everyday. Like my dad, he practice at least 2 hours everyday. I am impressed by the passion you have on paintings. I am sure you will have more and more wonderful works coming out!

What do you make of the thing behind him, is that a cave-like home?

Sorry for the french but it would be too hard for me to explain this in english
