PANEL NOT DRAWN BY ME. I simply colored it. All rights belong to Naoko Takeuchi and Toei.Sailor Mars, aka Rei Hino, is most definitely one of the most beautiful senshi, especially in the manga. Her hair in particular is so pretty! As always, this was colored using colored pencils.
If anybody has any advice or critique, I'd love to hear it! ^^
