Wow, I never did something so colourful.
It's Ami from Shugo Chara! I loved the episode where she and the Shugo Charas are looking the "Dream Egg" and it turns out to be a time capsule. She's not the most popular character, but I think she is absolutely adorable and her clothes are really cute too!
