nice job on this! but the hair could use some more detail, and make sure, when you draw a face in 3/4 view, that the lips follow the rules of perspective and warp a little. the lips here look like they're facing the front instead of slightly to the side

the proportion is the same as the ref picture, its because of the angle, and she is looking back.
