This is just a little concept for a project that I’m working on, so feel free to leave any criticism
Seko is an Adeia* who wakes up in the middle of nowhere whit no recollection of anything or awareness of their surroundings, while in this state they start hallucinating being surrounded by millions of small with glowing eyes, as a high pitch buzzing plays in the background, and a familiar voice tells them to follow the stars as they won’t last long, then Seko blacks out again. They reawake in a temple facing the night sky, they wander around for a bit looking for anything or anyone that may help them make sense of what happened. Eventually, they encounter a prophet (Zero) who volunteers to help Seko find out more about themselves.
*Adeias (a ‘suffix’=no, deias= variation of the Latin word for God) is an original species that I still need to flesh out but the general idea is that they are creatures of darkness who feed on the carcasses of higher beings, they are part of a hivemind (Seko’s hallucinations are a result of them gaining a separate mind)
