I love the eyes,The sparkly universe in the eye sort of look was achieved by using brushes, I think they were either from *DeviantNep or from ~SilkAssassin

It's the eyes that make it work - injecting them with those spots of colour sets it off beautifully, and the sparkle effect tugs the heart-strings immediately. A stunning image.

I'm glad you like it! - I just updated it to have blue eyes rather than all being black and white.
Do you think it still works as well? I thought by putting the eyes a colour it would bring the attention to them more - which is what the main focus of the pic was. I hope it worked

Nice. I think both versions work very well.
The pure B&W is a bit more subtle and withdrawn, whereas the color adds more of a piercing effect, drawing down, into, and behind the eyes.
It's kind of the difference between "Kiss me now?" and "Kiss me now." If you see it...
