Spyro hype has set in with the reignited games coming out tomorrow (which I cant wait for, Spyro 3 was so important to me as a kid) and as such its got me drawing dragons again (as well as thanks to Catt who's been redesigning her awesome dragons) I sketched this out months ago but today I felt like this was a good excuse to finish it, and waste time trying to draw scales while I fight off a cold.

Some of you may recognize her, but if not this is an important dragon character of mine, a dark dragoness who's element is ice. (while her homicidal twin was fire) She started off as a bad guy in The Light Bearer story, following her brother's lead simply because it was all she knew, and later after his death finding herself on a far more righteous path. One involving world hopping and a certain orb she has in common with another of my characters ;D anyways, Nyx has been around for a very long time, her original design is older then my DA account actually. So I felt this was a good time to mess around with a possible update to it. I'll likely do up a full body eventually, so expect a dragon spam dump in the future.
