The artwork is greatly invigorated from the song Angel of Death by my fave band Slayer \m/. The lyrics roughly cites on Josef Mengele's (Nazi Physician) surgical experiments on patients at the Auschwitz concentration camp during World War II. Among of his surgical experiments include operations without anesthesia, transfusion of blood between twins, isolation endurance, gassing, injections with lethal germs, sex change operations, the removal of organs and limbs, and abacination.
