Description This is a dragon that is inspired by my betta fish Octavian. He is a blue metallic red devil betta and he is absolutely gorgeous! I thought a dragon with his colors would look pretty cool so this is what I came up with!

Done with sharpie pens, prismacolor pencil, and white paint on Bristol paper

Thank you so much!! I had a bit of a hard time with the expression because I wasn't sure if I wanted it to have more of a fish face but I ultimately decided not to and instead, gave it more of a snake head
