Some fake dessert sushi for my office luncheon.White cake squares with whipped cream and coconut shavings, ruby grapefruit "sashimi" (middle one has touch of red food coloring), tortilla coated with chocolate ganache (+ bit of green food coloring).
I probably should've chopped the coconut shavings finer so it wouldn't look so fluffy but all in all I'm pretty happy with it, plus it was very tasty
