I had trouble with the water, and for some reason the eyes this time D=

Oh well I know the proportion is off but cut me some slack on this one

I think you did really well with this even if some of the proportions are off. I really like the way you did the water, so that turned out well. But i think my favourite part is how vibrant the colours are, especially the contrast between the blue of the water and her orange hair. Also, the lighting is very nice too, it gives a very peaceful atmosphere. :3
