I just started to read the book now (lol), and well this character just caugh me, so i had to see if there was any painting of it...i found yours fantastic! and the best i'v seen. I mwan in the other draws, Raistlin just look to young...your's perfect!

This picture is so intense, scary, and yet gorgeous. I am simply spellbound... Raistlin's menacing nature really comes through here. And I love the colors you used here, and how it looks like he might just step out of the picture...
And @autarkis: Different people have different ideas of what is and isn't hot. Some people are drawn to those that most would 'run away from if they met him on the street'. Not saying he wouldn't still be scary to them, I'm just saying that some people *like* being scared. That's just my view on it. ^^

Raistlin is so damn evil but I still like him a lot. He looks really old here ... what happened? The yellow skin and hourglass eyes and all that is awesome though.

Perfect! I believe you got every aspect of him perfectly! Yellow skin, foreboding glare, white hair, sunken cheeks... It's all there! Only detail I think may by slightly off is the shape of his pupils. They're hourglasses, no? His pupils here don't quite look like hourglasses here.
He looks so wasted away, great job with that! I love your attention to details.

Oh, this is awesome! Raistlin was one of my favorites from the Dragonlance novels (So was Dalamar). Beautiful - yellowed skin, hourglass eyes, and brooding countenace - that is all Raistlin!

A beautifull job on a great character from an incridible series. This is the best picture of him I have ever seem. Definatly a favourite of mine. I love the lighting, the skin, the hair, and the eyes...PERFECT! The really look like they see you die when they look at you. He looks very powefull for sure in this. Excellent job, keep up the amazing work.

Much better one than you can see on the covers of dragonlance - there raistlin is portrayed as muscular and healty looking in almost every one. My vision of raistlin is much more gloomy and withered - like this one you did. Great stuff, hair is awesome and the runes on the cloak.

you've used lighting and shading extremely skillfully, making this quite a masterpiece. i think you were able to bring out raistlin's dark, frightening, intriguing and possibly even grotesque side out very powerfully, not to mention how real you made him look. i'm happy to see a not-so-common artistic interpretation of raistlin, amongst all the romanticized anime-versions he's also drawn as (not that there's anything bad about that, though). i love how his eyes have this burning light in them, but there's something about his lower face that bothers me- i'm not sure if it's the unusual shape of his lips, or how he looks slightly bloated. but hell, who am i to say? very, very skillful work. straight to my devwatch you go.
