No.4 girlified, really i just arranged when he dressed up as a girl, The "lipstick" came horrible and the shadowing was acting up
+ the hairband came bad too, I only see the bad things in my pic, naturaly

question as usual: do you draw from scratch, or draw on board and then scan and then put detail or how do you work it out

First i draw on paper, then i trace it from my tablet and colour it in using photoshop

Its faster using a scanner to scan a quick sketch than tracing
