well the first one i made took around 3 hours i think? because i didn't have much experience in making gifs from scratch. :< but for the next few characters all i had to do was trace over the layers from the first one and then change what needed to be changed for each character, and then i had to color in each layer and yeah. oops i'm rambling but yeah li took like 2 to 3 hours, rivaille took about 2 hours (maybe less) and eren took around an hour and a half? probably a little more. but now i'm kind of used to the whole gif process.
eren took the least amount of time because i only had to make minor changes to rivaille's outfit and then change the hair and face
i guess tl;dr about 2 hours? sorry for rambling

don't worry about it its actually nice. i don't talk much(or at least sometimes) and like to listen. so this is kinda fun since one can express themselves better with others who share the same thing.
