Description
Trying out a different painting approach than my usual, didn't know how it would turn out so i didn't bother drawing in precise scale. I feel there are a few nice advantages so I'll keep experimenting with this process. Was planning to add a few soldiers on the bottom but got lazy, so i'd like you to pretend your in the scene instead and cheer the hero on
*is lame* -_-I have a story in mind but not point sharing it yet.

I just want to know how were you able to do such a simple yet very detailed work of art (The background was so very detailed resulting to my amusement).
And I also want to ask how much time did you spend to such work of art...

In photoshop i used a simple solid brush with various opacity settings and pretty much scribbled in lots of quick lines. Approx 4hrs.

Very nice. Takes a while to drink it all in too. I didn't even notice the army amongst the background for a second or two. Seems like an uprising or burgeoning rebellion of some sort.
